What’s the difference?

Finding the right support for your journey can feel overwhelming at times. As both a LICSW and an experienced life coach, I'm here to help you discern which type of session is best for you.

Therapy provides a space to process deep inner wounds, heal from past traumas, and work through mental health challenges with support and clinical techniques. It's ideal for addressing symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief and more.

Life coaching is focused on taking action to create the life you want right now. We'll design goals, overcome obstacles, and build habits to help you thrive in relationships, career and wellbeing. It's perfect when you feel stuck or need accountability.

My integrative approach allows us to tap into both modalities. In our initial consultation, we'll have an open conversation to understand your needs and aspirations. From there, we'll design a personalized path forward so you can live your best life. I'm honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward joy and fulfillment.
